The five-bedroom house was built in 1981 and is just under 4,000 square feet. But perhaps the views are most important to Bunsen.
According to the listing, the property has "25-foot ceilings, large living spaces, a huge deck, and stunning views of the wide waterway and Indian Creek Island."
The listing notes that there is also a home theater, office, gym, game room, and a large kitchen with access to the patio. The property has a dock.
We confirmed the news with Shneur Shapira of South Florida Realtors, the broker who co-listed the property with Joel Lusky.
This is the second Miami-area home the 42-year-old supermodel has purchased in the celebrity couple's sudden (and reportedly amicable) divorce, which was finalized on Oct. 28. Bonson and Brady have been married for 13 years.
In February, Bonson bought another Surfside property for $1.25 million, according to the New York Post. Frank represents the listing of the cozy, 1,540-square-foot art deco cottage located near Miami Beach.
The listing revealed that the three-bedroom home has an open kitchen with an "oversized marble waterfall island, breakfast bar and top-of-the-line appliances." In addition, the spacious master bath "offers dual sinks and attention to detail."
In 2020, the NFL star and former Victoria's Secret model bought the $17 million Indian Creek Island home. They had planned to raze the existing home and rebuild it.
The couple has two children. 12-year-old Benjamin and 9-year-old Vivian. The 45-year-old Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback also has a 15-year-old son, Jack, with actress Bridget Moynahan.
According to Page Six, Brady is believed to have kept the lavish property, still under construction, dubbed the "Billionaire Bunker" in their real estate portfolio division.
